Participants work closely with our team and partners to develop a support network in an effort secure permanent transformation.

We offer two tracks to support youth in our communities: Life Support for Students is for those age 12-17, and the Young Adult Support System is for those age 18-25. Here are the steps to apply:

Step 2: Once your application is submitted, you'll be prompted to review and sign the following documents:

  • Letter of Commitment
  • Release of Liability Agreement
  • Ethics Policy
  • Authorization to Consent to Treatment

Step 3: An NWGF representative will contact you to schedule an interview to learn more about your situation so we can best determine what options we can take to help you achieve your maximum potential.
