Participants work closely with our team and partners to develop a support network in an effort secure permanent transformation.

We offer two tracks to support youth. Life Support for Students is for those age 12-17, and the Young Adult Support System is for those age 18-25.

Step 3: A NWGF representative will contact you to review the program, answer any questions, and schedule your start date.

Step 4: You will receive program agreement forms and access to the curriculum.
